Matthew welcomed the Lord Chancellor Liz Truss to Mill Hill today as the Conservative campaign in Hendon got into full-swing. Accompanied by a large group of supporters, the two candidates knocked on doors speaking to a large number of local residents.

Matthew said: “Many people told me they are appalled at the contents of Labour’s leaked manifesto. It is becoming increasingly clear that only Theresa May and the Conservative Party are a credible choice in this election.”

At the end of their canvass session, Matthew took the Lord Chancellor to have a portion of chips at popular local business Frydays Fish Bar in Salcombe Gardens.
