Matthew was pleased to be present at Jesus House in Brent Cross for a special service with the Prime Minister Theresa May.
A short period of remembrance was held for the people killed and injured in the Manchester terrorist attack before the PM took part in a question and answer session. Mrs May spoke about the importance of the family, Conservative plans for mental health and her drive to increase the number of Black and Minority Ethnic Conservative Members of Parliament.
Matthew said: "Jesus House is a tremendous asset in Hendon. Their charitable work, particularly the Christmas on Jesus hampers that provide 2000 meals on Christmas Day, is an inspiration. The Prime Minister was warmly received and I was pleased she was able to experience a service here rather than her regular church at home."
