Matthew was delighted to meet pupils, staff and proud grandparents during an event in Mill Hill to celebrate Mathilda Marks-Kennedy’s 60th anniversary.
As a small primary school in the heart of the local community, and like many schools, investing for the future can be a challenge and it was lovely to see everyone including the families and wider community working together to design trees and raise funds for vital investment in playground, outdoor gym, classroom technology and a mental health, well-being and sensory room.
The warm nurturing environment and clear focus on academic standards and curriculum, combined with a lot of smiley faces, made the visit very enjoyable.
