Matthew took the Hendon campaign to Mill Hill today as he visited the French Market. This regular feature on The Broadway has become very popular with local people and Matthew in particular often heads to the food stalls.
In addition to the Market, traders on The Broadway have welcomed assistance from Matthew in the form of ways of paying to park and meetings with the Leader of the Council over Business Rates.
Matthew said: “The establishment of the Farmers Market has been a great initiative by the Mill Hill Neighbourhood Forum. There are many exciting and innovative plans for Mill Hill including the pocket park, the NW7 Hub, the re-development of the shops in Salcombe Gardens and the project to construct step-free access at Mill Hill Broadway.”
