Matthew was thrilled to take part in this year's Royal Yachting Association  'Push the Boat Out' event.

This annual event is all about getting out on the water and discovering sailing and windsurfing and, as a keen sailor himself, Matthew was delighted to promote events taking place at the Welsh Harp in West Hendon.

Matthew said: "Sailing is growing in popularity following Britain's success in the Olympics in 2012 and our entry in the Americas Cup. It's a great sport that can be enjoyed by men and women, children and adults and those who are not able bodied. We have a fantastic facility at the Welsh Harp and I would encourage everyone to give sailing a go."
