Matthew is delighted to have been successfully nominated as the Conservative candidate in the Hendon constituency. The formal process of nomination requires one paper signed by ten local voters but Matthew was thrilled that 30 people came forward to sign his papers and therefore the maximum of three was submitted.

Matthew said: “It is a great honour that so many people consented to sign my nomination papers to stand as the Conservative candidate. Many of these people have joined me on the streets knocking on doors, delivering leaflets and meeting voters at every opportunity. While my majority increased just two years ago, I am not complacent and am working for every vote. We have a very strong campaign in place in every part of the constituency and this is reflected in the range of names on the nomination paper."
