Matthew was delighted to join Education Secretary Nicky Morgan at Goldbeaters Primary School in Burnt Oak to launch a scheme using the skills of rugby coaches to help character building in children and young people.
Matthew has continued his programme of visits with the Metropolitan Police by attending the Police Driving School at Hendon Training College in Colindale.
Matthew - who spent his youth lifeguarding beaches in Cornwall - got back into his wet suit this week to learn essential lifesaving skills with the Royal Life Saving Society UK (RLSS UK), the Drowning Prevention Charity.
Matthew has pledged his support for the Royal Life Saving Society UK and the crucial work it does in reducing drowning, providing water safety education and lifesaving awards across the UK and Ireland.
